Limited to only 599 (+1 for charity), this Daytona SP3 hails from Maranello showcasing a pristine Bianco Italia finish optioned with a single white racing stripe that runs down the center of the car. Exposed gloss carbon highlights aero-focused areas on the Daytona SP3, purposely engineered to channel air for the sake of both cooling and downforce at high speeds. Hand-painted Scuderia Shields add yet another historic touch to the hypercar, a process that takes Ferrari’s artisans more than 16 hours to perfect. Rounding off this dream spec is a set of two-tone, five-spoke wheels and contrasting yellow carbon ceramic brake calipers.
While its open-top configuration offers a sneak peek at what’s inside, opening the Daytona SP3’s butterfly doors reveals a cockpit that looks just as inviting for casual street drives as it does being a purpose-built track monster. Rosso Ferrari leather covers almost every inch of the interior, with the one-piece carbon bucket seats pulling inspiration from the square-stitched seat inserts on 1960s endurance race cars. Following the lineage of the greats that came before it, including the Enzo and LaFerrari, the sole focus remains on the driver and the driver’s experience, rather than on the technology and entertainment. Simple and almost inviting in some manner, the Ferrari Daytona SP3 uses its simplistic manner to disguise its brutal performance capabilities.
The Daytona SP3 sticks to Ferrari tradition in the best way possible, pairing a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 with a seven-speed dual-clutch that snaps through gears with almost no hesitation. It’s the brand’s most powerful internal-combustion engine ever, pushing out 829 horsepower and revving to a screaming 9,500 rpm. The numbers are just as wild, with a 0–62 mph in 2.85 seconds and a top speed north of 211 mph
