With an overall length of 77’9” (23.7 meters) and a maximum beam of 20’9” (6.32 meters), the yacht is the result of the collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee, chaired by Eng. Piero Ferrari, and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. Architect Filippo Salvetti provides exterior design, while the design studio Ideaeitalia handles interiors.
SUSTAINABILITY CREDENTIALS
The Ferretti Yachts INFYNITO range features F.S.E.A. (Ferretti Sustainable Enhanced Architecture). This is a suite of solutions fully respecting the environment. They include an optimized fast-displacement hull to improve fuel efficiency and reduce environmental impact, simultaneously maintaining outstanding performance. Furthermore, the yacht has a strong focus on the use of eco-friendly materials. For instance, you’ll find natural fabrics, regenerated leathers and recyclable materials, along with water-based eco paints and FSC-certified laminated teak. Finally, the INFYNITO range has an integrated optional system with photovoltaic panels on the hardtop and the roof of the All-Season Terrace. The solar energy combines with an Energy Bank, enabling guests to enjoy life in “hotel mode” for up to 8 hours at anchor.
For performance, INFYNITO 80 can rely on a pair of 1,200-mhp MAN V8 engines. They delivery a maximum 20-knot speed and 15-knot cruising speed. Another choice is a pair of 1,400-mhp MAN V12 engines for more speed. Specifically, maximum speed is 22 knots, while cruising speed is 17 knots. The fast displacement hull combines the best of two worlds: the performance of a semi-planing yacht, with speeds exceeding 20 knots, and unparalleled efficiency in economical cruising mode at 11 knots, minimizing environmental impact.
