Both executions of the Geneva Time Only share a 38 mm cushion-shaped case (compared to 40mm for the Minute Repeater) measuring just 8.15 mm thick, with a single, shortened lug on each side to sharpen the silhouette. Each sports a dial of grained brass with a two-segment minute track—an outer track following the cushion case shape and an inner circular track. The Marrone variant pairs rose gold 4N with a warm orange/brown gradient dial and strap, while the Grafite opts for white gold, a cooler silver-toned dial, and a grey calfskin strap.
