[Berlin, 2 March 2026] – Mews, the operating system for hospitality, will be running at full pace at ITB Berlin 2026, showcasing how hotels can operate at peak performance, powered by modern infrastructure, intelligent automation, and AI built for action.
Mews arrives in Berlin following a period of strong momentum, including multiple category wins at the 2026 HotelTechAwards and a $300 million investment round, reinforcing market confidence in its long-term vision for hospitality. At ITB, the company will show how that vision is already delivering measurable results for hoteliers, and accelerating toward agentic AI–driven guest experiences.
At Stand 315 in Hall 9, Mews will showcase its award-winning hospitality operating system, spanning cloud-native PMS, revenue management (RMS), POS solutions, and much more. Built as a single, connected platform, Mews enables hotels to move faster, operate smarter, and scale without friction.
For the first time at ITB Berlin, Mews will also present Flexkeeping, a Mews company, following its acquisition in September 2025. The housekeeping and operations platform is integrated within the Mews ecosystem, strengthening orchestration across front office, revenue, and on-the-ground execution.
ITB exclusive: AI-powered rooming lists
Exclusively at ITB Berlin, Mews will unveil a beta version of AI-powered rooming lists, offering an early look at how agentic AI can simplify large group and event bookings.
The capability automatically reads and structures guest data from uploaded spreadsheets, linking guests to reservations, groups, and availability blocks with a guided validation step to ensure accuracy. Early testing shows significant reductions in manual setup time, helping teams move faster while minimizing errors.
The beta preview marks a practical step in Mews’ agentic AI roadmap, moving beyond AI as an assistant toward AI that can execute complex operational workflows safely and at scale.
Advancing agentic AI
The new capability builds on Mews’ acquisition of AI company DataChat in October 2025, which added deep semantic-layer expertise to the platform. With this foundation, Mews is accelerating agentic AI that can understand hotel context, reason across systems, and take action across revenue, operations, and guest experience – without relying on fragmented tools or legacy architecture.
