Madrid / Miami Beach – OneJourney today confirmed the live launch of SwiftPay in Spain, marking its first operational customers in Europe and the first completed supplier transactions on its Hospitality Payment Card (HPC) platform.
With this launch, Spain becomes the entry point for OneJourney’s European rollout.
SwiftPay is built specifically for hospitality. It enables hotels and restaurants to generate incremental net income from supplier payments they are already making. By routing accounts payable through the SwiftPay digital wallet and Hospitality Payment Card infrastructure, operators unlock new revenue without changing banks, adding new systems, or signing long-term contracts. The platform is free to use.
Among the first live customers is Muralto Madrid Princesa Serviced Apartments, which has successfully onboarded and executed its initial supplier payments through SwiftPay.
Hospitality is a cash-flow-tight business, so any opportunity to unlock additional capital from expenses we are already paying is meaningful. SwiftPay was an easy decision because it creates direct net income without operational disruption.
We have now executed multiple supplier payments, and the experience has been precisely as it was described – seamless, transparent, and easy to manage. We have full visibility into every transaction and our SwiftPay wallet balance at all times.
The onboarding and execution process with the OneJourney team has been outstanding. Their responsiveness has been exceptional, and the service component is just as impressive as the financial benefit. José Luis Alonso Martínez, Director of Muralto Madrid Princesa Serviced Apartments
Beyond cashback income generation, SwiftPay includes built-in AI-powered invoice reconciliation designed to reduce administrative workload and bring real-time visibility to accounts payable.
For decades, accounts payable in hospitality have been treated purely as a cost function. We see it differently.
We are building a new financial category for the industry – infrastructure that turns existing payment flows into measurable income.
Spain is the starting point for Europe, but the vision is global. The Hospitality Payment Card is not a feature. It’s a structural shift in how hotels think about supplier spend. Brian Dass, CEO of OneJourney
Additional European properties are currently onboarding as part of OneJourney’s 2026 growth strategy.
