Munich/Brussels – Limehome, Europe’s leading tech-enabled operator of functional design apartments, is expanding its presence in Belgium with a strategic signing in the heart of Brussels’ European Quarter. This 114-unit property represents a major deal of Limehome in the Benelux region to date. It will be redeveloped from an existing hotel by Belgian investment firm and developer Baltisse Real Estate, marking their first collaboration with the German hospitality operator. The newly created tourist accommodations will provide a seamless guest experience, including digital access to rooms.
Prime location in the Belgian capital
The property is located within walking distance of major Belgian and European institutions, including the European Parliament, and offers convenient access via metro and train connections to Brussels Airport and key city hubs. The redevelopment focuses on creating functional, high-quality units, catering perfectly to the significant population of business travelers, diplomats, and visitors associated with the nearby institutions. A retail unit on the ground floor will complement the mixed-use building. The property is scheduled to open in early 2027.
