The totally reimagined onetime estate of late actor and comedian Dom DeLuise has popped up for sale at $21 million, sixteen years after he passed away at age 75.
Records show The Cannonball Run and Blazing Saddles star acquired the third-acre spread in 1968 for just $103,000 and lived there until his death in 2009. The place subsequently traded hands for the first time in over half a century in late 2021, selling to an entity managed by Jeff Mironer of Provincetown Estates for nearly $6.5 million, per The Real Deal. The developer went on to raze DeLuise’s outdated 1950s house and replace it with the modern mansion now on the market with Anthony Marguleas of Amalfi Estates holding the listing.
The family room is anchored by an elegant stone fireplace embedded in white oak paneling.

Completed this year, the new residence offers a total of seven bedrooms and nine baths in more than 10,000 square feet across three levels serviced by an elevator. Elegant European-inspired interiors boast white oak floors and high wood-beam ceilings throughout, plus walls of glass overlooking picturesque canyon vistas. All the furnishings are also available for purchase.
Tucked away behind gates off Corsica Drive, just minutes from the Riviera Country Club and the Brentwood Country Mart, the structure stuns from the outset with its tumbled natural stone and fire-resistant ACRE siding. A walkway passes through a courtyard framed by heritage olive trees, vintage ceramic pots, and lush gardens, with custom double iron and glass doors opening into a double-height foyer flanked by formal living and dining rooms.
A refrigerated wine room can accommodate up to 1,657 bottles of your favorite vintages.

A hallway with archways on either side flows to the rear of the house, where a fireside family room opens seamlessly to a grassy backyard featuring a barbecue station and pizza oven, a sculptural fire pit, and a pool and inset spa lined with checkered stone tiles. Back inside, a casual dining area connects to a sleek kitchen outfitted with Calacatta Monet honed marble countertops, an eat-in island, a Lacanche range, and a butler’s pantry. One of two laundry rooms leads to an attached three-car garage.
All the bedrooms are of the en-suite variety, with one of two on the main level currently set up as an office. Four more upstairs include a posh primary suite flaunting a fireplace, a separate sitting area with a balcony, dual walk-in closets, and a bath spotlighted by a Hydro Systems soaking tub. The remaining bedroom on the lower level is joined by a wet bar-equipped recreation area, a 21-seat movie theater, a climate-controlled wine room, and a wellness center with a gym, cold plunge, sauna, and steam and massage rooms.
