After being closed for nearly two years, the property was taken over by Brick Hospitality in June 2025, prompting a phased, property-wide renovation and officially reopening in July 2025.
Upon assuming management, Brick Hospitality led a full renovation to reposition the hotel, address deferred updates, and bring the property back online in alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
The renovation included updates to all guest rooms and public spaces, including refreshed common areas, the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, and the fitness center. Every area of the property was updated to create a clean, modern, and functional environment for guests.
A natural fit for our management portfolio, this addition reflects our continued growth and strength in managing complex transitions. The renovation was a necessary opportunity to reposition the property, strengthen day-to-day operations, and deliver a more consistent, high-quality guest experience.
