It was the summer of Rhode, and now, as the cherry on top of all of the brand’s recent new arrivals and social media buzz, Rhode just launched its viral beauty products at sephora.com and all U.S. Sephora locations. This means you have even more chances to get your hands on the tinted lip balms, cream blushes, face sprays, and moisturizers that have taken the world by storm — all while indulging in Sephora’s plethora of perks, from free shipping to juicy points as part of the Beauty Insider rewards program.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve heard about (and likely tried) Rhode’s assortment of skin care favorites and skin-forward makeup must-haves. Shortly after launching in 2022, the Hailey Bieber–helmed company started being considered a rite-of-passage purchase for It-girls everywhere: propelled by its minimalist and aesthetic packaging, high-performance ingredients, scrumptious food marketing strategies, accessible price points, and emphasis on attaining the perennially popular “dewy skin” look.

Released in 2024, Rhode’s Lip Case — designed to accommodate the Peptide Lip Tint — immediately popped up in the hands of all the TikTok and Instagram influencers, selling out in a flash and accumulating a 200,000-plus person wait list (to this day, it’s considered an indispensable accessory at fashion happenings like the recent Copenhagen Fashion Week). Actual Rhode skin offerings witnessed a similar fate, whether it be the Rhode Barrier Butter getting a seal of approval from cosmetic chemists to the tune of thousands of TikTok likes and being widely touted as the “key to glass skin all winter” or the Rhode Peptide Lip Treatment surpassing the “one million units sold” mark a little over a year since its 2022 beginnings, with no signs of slowing down this success.

Everyone wants a piece of the Rhode pie (it’s this year’s ultimate status symbol, after all!), and the brand has been leveraging its own traction by consistently surprising us with fresh arrivals and news, akin to what Kim Kardashian’s Skims is doing in the world of fashion. This May, Rhode was acquired by E.l.f. Beauty in a $1 billion deal; a few months later, it debuted the perfect-for-summer Lemontini shade for its Peptide Lip Tint, promoting it with conversation-generating campaign photos starring Bieber herself while riding the waves of the food-themed and butter-yellow trends. Lemontini’s drop was also closely followed by the creation of a special Rhode beach club in Mallorca, which attracted quite the “who’s who” list of attendees. This summer, too, we were introduced to the Rhode Glazing Mist, an on-the-go spray for hydration and refreshment that honors busy lifestyles.

“My philosophy for the brand, and the ethos for me, is to make one of everything really good — it’s those staple products you keep going back to. It’s also my philosophy when it comes to curating my wardrobe: the perfect pair of jeans, that one really good tee,” Bieber told WWD at the very start of her Rhode journey. That’s why skimming Rhode’s site (and now its Sephora collection) feels intimate and never overwhelming, with only ten distinct topicals on offer: alongside the aforementioned case, a handy, on-brand compact mirror, and various sets ideal for holiday gifting.

Still, it can be hard to know what exactly to shop at Rhode when everything is this good. Our editors are here to make it easy, having bought every last Rhode release with our own money — trialing each one over a multi-year period in most cases. Below, the six best Rhode beauty products of 2025 for getting your glow on in any season.

Rhode Pocket Blush

Petite yet incredibly potent, the Pocket Blush quickly became one of Rhode’s most viral releases of 2024 and is the ideal representative of the brand’s successes in the color cosmetics category. Having originally launched in six core shades, the blush is now available across a wide spectrum of them: from the pearl-pink Sprinkle to the terracotta-adjacent Toasted Teddy. Like a true cheek stain (that also works for lips!), it doles out a diffused flush that grips skin around the clock. And because Rhode is all about keeping skin health front of mind, the product ensures lasting hydration that never enters greasy territory. Keep the Pocket Blush in your handbag at all times for easy-breezy touchups when they’re needed most.

Editor testing and review notes: “After rigorous testing, I’ve come to realize that the packaging, silky formula, and color payoff make this new blush something I wasn’t expecting it to be — an A-plus tinted lip balm. Because the formula contains nourishing ingredients and a satin finish, it feels like velvet on the lips, providing a wearable, demi-matte result that doesn’t read overly matte or shiny. Most lip and cheek tints I’ve tested err on the dry side when you apply them on the lips, necessitating a coat of a lip balm or lip oil for a comfortable feel. Rhode’s Pocket Blush is perfection on its own with its long-wearing color payoff and moisture to match.” — WWD Contributing Beauty Editor Claire Sullivan

Rhode Peptide Lip Shape

Rhode’s Peptide Lip Shape began gracing online and IRL shelves this January — starting off a strong year for the company on the right foot. With the drop, Bieber effectively solved lip liners’ number-one issue: a dry, chalky sensation that puts you in the position of having to make a tradeoff between high-pigment color and lip moisture. The Lip Shape is something different, though, since it flaunts an emollient formula that prioritizes nourishment. You’ll be getting both creaminess and soft-focus looks here, leading to lips that are as defined as they are plump.

Editor testing and review notes: “At its core, the Peptide Lip Shape is a creamy, soft-focus lip liner that features a rounded tip for smooth, precise application and a built-in smudger — surprisingly done in silicone, versus the brush or felt tip that’s standard for a liner — for seamless blending. This allows you to clean up any excess product around your mouth and blend the pigments into the center of your lip with ease (and easy cleaning; just wipe it down and the smudger is good as new). I found that during testing, the product only stayed put for about an hour or two without touch-ups, but it’s entirely comfortable. And the shades (ranging from natural pinks to rich chocolate) are fit for wearing on their own as a tinted balm, should you choose to tap the product all over your lips.” — Sullivan

Rhode Peptide Lip Tint

A sweet treat for your pout, this buildable, glossy lip product heals dryness on a cellular level while benefitting from a new-and-improved formula that makes it last even longer — no matter who you smooch or what you eat. Other benefits to look forward to include the Peptide Lip Tint’s ability to smooth unwanted fine lines and its one-swipe ease of application, should you want to experience the product’s sheerness without layering it on thick.

Rhode Glazing Milk Ceramide Facial Essence

If your entire skin care routine is rooted in Rhode, think of the Glazing Milk Ceramide Facial Essence as the not-to-miss prep step. Composed of high-achieving ingredients like skin-identical lipids for restoring the moisture barrier, a blend of magnesium, zinc, and copper, as well as antioxidants for fighting off the environmental stressors of modern life, the Glazing Milk goes on milky, smooths your complexion in preparation for makeup, and helps kick irritation to the curb.

Rhode Glazing Mist Hydrating Face Spray

We were collectively blessed with Rhode’s Glazing Mist this June, when it was unveiled to much fanfare and finally granted Rhode devotees a chance to attain a Bieber-level glow on the go. It’s a multihyphenate of the highest degree: helping your skin become more supple, clear, and radiant, with all-day payoff. Because Rhode’s bestsellers, both the new arrivals and the established icons, are meant to adapt to your unique routines, you can use the mist in a variety of ways — including as a makeup setting spray or post-moisturizer pick-me-up, locking in all that covetable hydration.

Rhode Barrier Restore Cream Rich Face Concentrate

If there’s one Rhode find you need to stock up on before winter, it’s the brand’s Barrier Restore Cream. Rich yet light enough to be fit for daily use, think of it as something that creates a literal barrier between your skin and the wide world beyond — keeping it protected from dryness and dullness. Powered by a concoction of elasticity-promoting peptides, brightening niacinamide, hyaluronic acid that draws in moisture instead of expelling it, and other good-for-you ingredients, this Rhode favorite (it inspires passionate TikTok comments the likes of “100% the best thing I ever used”) is most effective when applied overtop the complementary Glazing Milk.

More About Rhode

When Hailey Bieber debuted Rhode three years ago, on June 15, 2022, she did so with the promise of bringing thoughtful intention to the skin care industry: steeping Rhode’s product line in high-performance ingredients and formulas created hand in hand with a dedicated advisory board (currently, it’s made up of cosmetic chemist Ron Robinson and dermatologist Dr. Dhaval Bhanusali).

Priding itself on being vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free, Rhode quickly became the name on everyone’s lips (literally). It originally kicked things off with an assortment of a serum, a moisturizer, and three lip balms, over time expanding to color cosmetics for the lips and cheeks, face washes, and other key offerings that are all unified by one goal: that of putting skin first. Years into its endeavor, Rhode is keeping its original virality alive by sparking dozens of TikTok posts a day in which people review its most popular items and generate thousands of likes in the process; gaining organic endorsements from dermatologists and aestheticians; and following a meticulously executed marketing plan targeted towards Gen Z audiences, who are investing in beauty at unprecedented levels while having rapidly increasing spending power overall.

Recent campaigns that worked like magic for Rhode? Soft-launching its yet-to-arrive under-eye patches; making “Babygirl” actor Harris Dickinson the brand’s first-ever male ambassador; flying influencers out to Mallorca in honor of the new Lemontini Peptide Lip Tint shade; and ringing in the start of summer with a larger drop featuring a limited-edition, yellow-powered Lip Case, two new, trend-aligned Pocket Blush hues, and beyond. Every last Rhode Instagram post makes the crowd go wild: inciting comments along the lines of “I’m being so serious please bring back ‘Cinnamon Roll’ currently saving it for my wedding” and “thank you Rhode, we’ve been spoiled this year.”

It doesn’t hurt that Rhode takes a visual-first approach in its branding: emphasizing the Glazing Milk’s soothing smoothness by placing it in a martini glass full of milk, balancing a brown-tinted Pocket Blush on top of a perfectly crispy S’more, and demonstrating the butteriness of the Peptide Lip Tint by resting it on the flaky surface of a croissant. People eat (and shop) with their eyes, and Rhode has found that, when advertising its good-enough-to-eat beauty buys, the best way into shoppers’ wallets is through their stomachs. Not that weren’t complaining.

On a corporate level, Rhode has also experienced quite a few shifts this year — being bought out by E.l.f. and going live at Sephora being chief among them. Only time will tell what new surprises Rhode has in stock for us, whether that be never-before-seen fall shades or a fashion accessory that becomes even more of a mainstay than the talk-of-the-town Lip Case.
