Actors Ashton Kutcher, Anthony Ramos, and Isabella Rossellini, along with supermodel Bella Hadid, all headline a new thriller TV series. So, too, does a superyacht. The yacht R.M.F appears in “The Beauty,” which premieres later this month.
The show, airing on FX beginning January 21, is an adaptation of a graphic novel series by the same name from 2016. The storyline involves the obsession with beauty at any cost. In the TV series, Ashton Kutcher portrays a shadowy tech billionaire whose company created a wonder drug, dubbed The Beauty. It guarantees physical perfection. There’s just one problem: gruesome death. In fact, shocking and mysterious deaths of international supermodels attract the attention of the FBI. As they investigate, they learn of a sexually transmitted virus turning ordinary people into society’s ideal of beauty. This in turn puts them in the crosshairs of the tech mogul. He’s willing to do whatever it takes to protect his empire, including sending an assassin (played by Anthony Ramos) to eliminate threats.
The yacht R.M.F is in at least one episode of “The Beauty.” In fact, she figures prominently in the trailer (below). You’ll see, for instance, the aft-deck infinity pool and surrounding sunpads, along with a brief glimpse from the upper aft deck. Although it’s not clear how much filming took place onboard, it occurred in March 2025 in the Lazio region of Italy.
The yacht R.M.F is a Sanlorenzo 52 Steel, a series which saw the yacht Seven Sins as its first delivery. R.M.F was completed in 2022. The 171-footer (52-meter), which charters, has accommodations for 10 in a popular layout. Namely, a full-beam master suite is forward on the main deck, with two VIP suites and two double/twin staterooms on the lower deck.
Floor-to-ceiling windows lining the superyacht’s main and upper decks make the interior, with pale woods and pops of yellow, look and feel extra-airy. One of the most-treasured features undeniably is the wellness suite/beach club. Directly beneath the glass-bottomed pool (like aboard Seven Sins, pictured below), it has fold-down platforms on three sides. Beyond a lounge area benefitting from the views, guests can access a steam room and gym. Notably, the beach club converts to a floodable tender garage if needed.
“The Beauty” also airs on Hulu in the United States. Internationally, meanwhile, it’s available only on Disney+. You can charter R.M.F. in the Mediterranean for a weekly base rate of €294,000.
